    As usual, a brilliant program! Your themed podcasts are fantastic. Thank you for all your work to share this music and info with the world, Karin.

    I think you will find that the song attributed to ELO, is actually Walter Murphy. He had a moment of pop stardom in 1976 with this song, “A Fifth of Beethoven.” It topped the pop charts and charted on R&B charts, too. ELO did have their “10538 Overture.”

    I still have that silly record, because it holds happy memories of my parents disco dancing in the living room. They took lessons, and practiced at home before they went out to the clubs. They were so young and so sweet! They also loved the HOOKED ON CLASSICS records.
